We celebrate the release of a live CD recorded the last time out with this show, "Kidding On The Square," about which Stephen Holden effused effusively. Ms. Bergl, a star of Broadway, film and most recently TV’s Desperate Housewives, transports the audience on a fast-paced ride through love, heartbreak and everything in between. Jonathan Mastro is the musical director and pianist, I'll be on acoustic bass and ukulele.

(While life and gigs go on, I'm parenthetically producing the next album, a CD/DVD combo companion to Timber entitled All Kidding Aside.)

A.K.A. is a collection of the more "whimsical" cuts from the TIMBER sessions that have been put aside for this side project. There'll also be a few tunes recorded w. a jazz trio featuring BENNETT PASTER on acoustic piano and JEREMIAH JAY FREDERICK on drums, and for those I've put "The Dan" (see above) aside and returned to the trusty ol' upright. AND there might even be a companion DVD, featuring some of the finer bits from ManBassBoxTV...it's a veritable cornucopia, I tell ya!
